All orders that are shipped will be shipped via US Postal Service.  Most orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. If you are picking up your items, you will be called or emailed when your order is ready.

Our Return Policy: Due to the nature of my items there is NO refund.  If you are sent the wrong product, please contact me within 3 days so we can rectify the problem.

Our Exchange Policy: Only time an item is eligible for exchange is if we sent you the wrong item(s).

In the event that an order is returned and it is OUR fault, we will pay the postage to re-send the package to you once a confirmed deliverable shipping address is obtained.

In the event that a order is returned and it is NOT our fault, we will re-ship the package once we receive:

1) A confirmed shipping address    and

2) Payment necessary re-ship your item(s).

In the event that your package is returned and we can not contact you within 15 days or you refuse to pay for the item(s) to be re-sent, your order will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued less a 15% re-stocking fee.
